Food Intolerance Testing

Food and diet is not the only factor in health but it is a big one. 

 There are all kinds of opinions and dogmas about what is “the best diet.” I have my own dogma J. 

Let’s take two of these possible diets: Oil free vegan and paleo. Paleo and vegan are pretty well at the opposite end of the diet spectrum, but they will agree that processed sugar is a negative and processed foods are not real foods. So eat less to no processed sugar and eat wholefoods. Otherwise a paleo diet is meat and no grain or beans and the vegans are no meat and lots of grains and beans. Both diets have their research and positive case studies. Confusing right?

There is a right diet for you which may be different than the right diet for Jack or Jill. Sounds very nice, but the problem is that there is not a perfect food testing system out there. 

 We use a combination of 2 or 3 different blood testing systems to help give insight to possible food groups that you may have a problem with. You then test those food groups with a time of elimination and then later a challenge of that food group in question and observe your body’s response to the challenge.

 If you eat it and it hurts don’t eat it. It is a little more complex than that, but not much. 

 We are able to test infants to seniors.
